Rosso peperoncino (Red chili) is a medium-light hot condiment made from extra virgin olive oil and Cayenne chili pepper.
This condiment retains not only the organoleptic properties of extra virgin but especially its aromas and unmistakable taste. The Cayenne chili pepper is grown in beautiful Bolgheri, in the heart of Tuscany.
