Use this on everything - seriously - from English muffins to roast - what an amazing mouthful of flavor!åÊ Our jams use 1/2 the sugar of regular jam recipes and we use no pectin so we are truly concentrating the flavors into a jar. This simmers for about 5 hours to let the flavors meld!
The Brits would call this a "conserve", similar to our "preserves". Perfect for tea and crumpets.
