Parmaggiano Tapenade- Grab some meatballs... over pasta or in a crunchy roll in a sandwich, these flavors will put a smile on anyone's face.
Black Olive Tapenade- We use Kalamata olives grown in California (aka Kalamons) for a true Mediterranean flavor, combined with dijon mustard, capers and California extra virgin olive oil. Elegant flavors to enhance any meal.
Green Olive Tapenade- Castelvetrano Olives are this chef's favorite and what make this dip, pasta sauce, or stuffing for a roast or turkey breast unique.
Muffuletta - sandwiches are another New Orleans contribution to culinary delight. We pickle our vegetables in grandma's brine for a spicy and crunchy olive spread.
Artichokes n' Olive Spread- everyone loves artichokes and combined with a little brininess from the olives, this can be used over pasta, fish or grilled cheese.
Balsamic BBQ Sauce - Simmered for a day - we use all fresh ingredients resulting in a little heat and a sublime sugar-free sweetness from the barrel aged balsamic vinegar. Drench your ribs or use it as a dipping sauce for crunchy vegetables.
