Pear Ginger Wasabi Balsamic Vinegar
A mouthful to say, but also a mouthful of amazing flavors! This is a California Balsamic - not barrel aged, so it is not as thick as our traditional flavors - but anything you put this on will taste amazing - Salmon, white fish, salads, beef... use it instead of a teriyaki in a stir fry! The wasabi is not too hot. You get all of the flavors - distinct pear, distinct ginger and distinct wasabi, but lite heat.
