We start with a certified California extra virgin olive oil from Paso Robles, CA. We use mature Ascolano olives producing a smooth and buttery oil.
Then we hand cold-smoke it with our mix of sweet & aromatic woods.
Add the rich & earthy flavor of smoke to your recipes in a heart healthy way.
Saute vegetables to give them a warm flavor. Pairs great with our Fig Balsamic.

What to do with Smoked Olive Oil:
- Cook eggs in the morning.
- Drizzle over your steak, chicken or salmon as a finishing oil.
- Saute Vegetables.
