Nothing is better than the delight of biting into a fresh summer O'Henry peach. We capture those peak season peaches and put them in a jar so that you can enjoy California Peaches year round.
Our jams use 1/2 the sugar of regular jam recipes and we use no pectin so we are truly concentrating the peach flavor into a jar. The Brits would call this a "conserve", similar to our "preserves".
However you call it - a flavor jam or a melody of flavor - it's delicious!
