Plum Cardamom Balsamic Vinegar
We start with our 25 Star barrel aged balsamic from Modena, Italy and add our own California Plums to this rich finishing balsamic. We created this to use with our big stinky cheeses and it is always popular on a cheese board. We also think this is better than a shrub for your cocktails... Mix with grapefruit juice and a spritz of soda water!
A touch of cardamom and pepper keeps this balsamic intriguing.
