Champagne Vinegar
Delicate, crisp, and fresh, with the classic color of fine champagne.
Great with seafood salads or hollandaise. Makes the perfect vinaigrette for dressing fresh grilled asparagus.
We suggest 1/4 cup vinegar to 1/2 cup olive oil for a handy vinaigrette.
We love pairing it with - Tuscan Herb, Persian Lime, Basil or Porcini Sage.
NOTE: THIS IS NOT SWEET LIKE OUR CHAMPAGNE MIMOSA VINEGAR.
Ingredients - Champagne Vinegar, 6% acid
