This is a spicier more robust version of our traditional Arbequina. Made from estate Arbequina olives, this certified extra virgin olive oil is of medium intensity, balanced flavor of both green and ripe olives, nutty, floral, peppery with hints of cinnamon, and with an aroma of fresh green apples. Perfect for arugula or spinach salads, or finishing fine foods, breads, pizzas and cheeses.
