When we had a bakery and deli, I had numerous requests for gluten-free bakery items. I tried at least eight commercial brands and this - Cup4Cup - was the most versatile and tasty product we found. Follow your regular recipes and substitute this flour instead of wheat flour and enjoy!
Ingredients - cornstarch, white rice flour, brown rice flour, milk powder, tapioca flour, potato starch, xanthan gum
