Our fruit spreads are traditional "conserves", also know as jam.
Read the labels - there is more fruit than sugar - actually 50% more, leaving a a softer texture, but real fruit flavor.
We also do not use commercial pectin - a gelling ingredient that quickens the jelly making process. Our jams simmer and bring out all of the fruits' natural sweetness - the old fashioned way.
Traditionally considered an ideal topping for toast. For the adventurous cook they can be incorporated into marinades and vinaigrettes, or used in glazing meat or fish. A little in a cocktail adds delight and surprising depth of flavor.
