French Feta is whipped with lemon zest and a hint of olive oil. That's good enough... but we had to outdo ourselves so we stuffed it with balsamic fig paste and then rolled it in herbs.
We start with an aged cheddar and blend in pimnethal (smoked paprika) and a touch of Cayenne.
Chèvre is whipped with a hint of lavender balsamic and covered in dried cranberries.
Maytag Blue Cheese and Cream Cheese are stuffed with sun-dried cherries in balsamic and rolled it in hearty fresh walnuts.
