Coratina Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Organic
Back for 2022. We have not carried this organic varietal since 2019. Our favorite orchard was sold, then destroyed, so we were thrilled to learn of a new California grower cultivating this robust EVOO. Straw colored and earthy with a hint of hay, this full bodied oil has a great mouth-feel.
Robust with hints of green tea, green olive, green almond and artichoke with a long apple-pie-spice finish. Perfect for drizzling on soups, grilled meats and vegetables.
Full bodied - you'll love the mouth feel of this oil. It stands up in your most bistro-like recipes. (Here's one to try - Lyonnaise Salad!)
