Strawberry Vanilla Balsamic Vinegar

A bit depth on this balsamic due to the vanilla beans which give it flavors reminicent of a baked pie.  Delicious over a salad and is great over kale with our smoked olive oil.  

This dark barrel-aged balsamic vinegar is produced using traditional methods in Modena, Italy.  Strawberry puree is added in California.
